More Human remains found near I-10 in Tucson

TUCSON, Ariz. — Dec 19, 2012 – Pima County authorities are investigating after human remains were found off Interstate 10 in Tucson on Tuesday and Wednesday. Pima County sheriff’s officials said construction workers who were surveying an area near East Drexel Road found the body of a young man at about 7:45 a.m. Wednesday.

The discovery comes a day after an inmate work crew with the Arizona Department of Corrections found human skeletal remains near I-10 and Craycroft Road.
A forensic pathologist with the Medical Examiner’s Office reported that it appears those remains are that of an adult. The identity is undetermined at this time.
